Our Mission
To Educate and empower women to create a balanced and healthy lifestyle
The 7th Annual Women's Getaway Retreat is truly a dream come true. Being a Registered Nutrition Consultant, I just wanted to help people and really enjoy seeing women accomplish their health goals. With my background as an event fundraiser I wanted the opportunity to be a gatherer of women to create awareness with the broad understanding of living a healthy lifestyle.
So the Women's Getaway Retreat was conceived. The goal was to bring women together at an event that would provide, rest and relaxation, education, networking and the building of new business or personal relations, development of current relationships and of course fun. All the things that gals do best, shopping, eating, learning and of course gabbing.
Every year we grow and everyone leaves with a smile on their face. Providing a high quality event that can accomplish so many things for women who provide so much for the people in their lives and in the world has really been something that feeds my soul. So thank you to all you women who have supported our past events. I look forward to meeting all the new individuals who will be joining us.
This year is shaping up to be another exciting event. We have all new speakers, new vendors for great shopping, new activities planned and of course the food is absolutely exceptional. Imagine having a team of chefs preparing 3 incredible meals with the option of second portions, just for you. Keep watching the website for updates on speakers and activities.
Come join the fun and bring a friend. The retreat is a great gift to give to friends, family, co-workers or business associates.
Lets Go Retreating!

Dress for Success
Dress For Success - Nonprofit Organization: 7th Annual Women's Getaway Retreat attendees will be bringing their gently used clothing to donate to the Twin Cities area "Dress for Success" Program. Dress for Success helps economically disadvantaged women acquire jobs, retain their new positions, and succeed in the mainstream workplace. The service directly benefits the individual woman, her family, and the larger community by changing and improving her economic paradigm and allowing her to be an economically participatory member of the community.
